Dr. Dianne M. Thomson has renewed 1,782 square feet of office space in the Danari Office Park Building III in Dallas.

Evergreen Alliance Golf Ltd. LP has leased 9,841 square feet of office space at Galleria Plaza, 4851 LBJ Freeway in Dallas.

The new headquarters will total 36,000 square feet and sit along Plano Parkway. It’s the second of three buildings planned for a site called Old Oak Pond, where Billingsley also is building a new regional headquarters for the Japanese electronics company Sanyo.
