Global electrical test solutions manufacturer Megger is making moves.

The Dover-based company is more than doubling its footprint through the sale of its old Dallas training facility and the purchase of a new Dallas industrial flex building.

Megger sold its AVO training facility, a 60,000-square-foot industrial building at 4271 Bronze Way, and bought a stand-alone 127,270 square-foot industrial building at 4545 W. Davis St. with offices attached

JLL Managing Director Craig Jones and Senior Associate Caleb McCoy lined up the two-building deal for Megger.

“Megger’s new, refreshed facility puts them in a great position to accommodate future growth, provides them greater access to quality talent, and allows them to better serve their clients, customers and employee needs,” said McCoy.

Prior to this move, Megger had been in the AVO facility for 30 years. With the doubling of its Dallas space, Megger’s Dallas operation become its largest in the US.
