Once again, North Texas Giving Day broke its previous record, this year raising $39,379,446 for North Texas nonprofits. Once again, I am duty bound to tell you that my wife does PR for the effort. And once again, I get to brag that my alma mater, Cistercian Prep, won North Texas Giving Day and wound up atop the leaderboard. Sure, sure, everyone wins when this much money is raised for great organizations that do good work in our community. But Cistercian won more. Certainly more than St. Mark’s.

Hox vobiscum!
