As editor, one of my duties is coming up with a letter for every issue. In the upcoming issue, for example, I write about my love for theme parties. I was feeling pretty good about it, too. Until today, that is. Now—thanks to PaperCity‘s Jim Kastleman—not only am I rethinking my letter, I’m also really mad about my lack of experience in crime fighting. While my note features a college photograph of me in a toga, Kastleman’s publisher’s letter details his foray into law enforcement. Seriously guys. He’s “body slamming” and using tae kwon do to bring down a “tattooed-from-head-to-toe skinhead” while I’m reminiscing about fraternity parties. But never fear: I intend to right that wrong. Stay tuned, and in the meantime, please check out the new D Home when it hits stands on Thursday.
